Why can I see a few water droplets?+

A small amount of water can appear when hot steam meets a cold accessory or surface. This is normal condensation and does not usually mean the cleaner is leaking.

When can I open the safety cap?+

Switch off and unplug the cleaner. Allow it to cool completely and release any remaining pressure before opening the cap. Never force it open while the cleaner is hot or pressurised.

Can I add cleaning chemicals to the tank?+

No. Use clean water only unless the approved user manual specifically says otherwise. Detergents, fragrances and chemicals may damage the cleaner or create a safety risk.

How do I use continuous steam?+

Unlock the safety control, then use the steam-control button. Always point the outlet away from people, pets and electrical equipment.

Which product version do I have?+

The Standard version includes 13 accessories. The With Mop version includes 21 accessories, including the mop head, poles, connectors and washable mop cloths.
